Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 12.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21711 of 2017, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1427 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., but in advertently in the last paragraph of aforesaid order the "S.D.J.M. Patna" has wrongly been type in place of "S.D.J.M. Patna City" . Let the same be corrected and in the last paragraph of order dated 12.09.2017, the "S.D.J.M., Patna City" be read in
