This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 10.12.2015 vide Cr.Misc. No. 52775 of 2015. It was submitted by learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 07.10.2014 and till date trial has not been concluded, whereas learned Special Public Prosecutor, by way of referring to the report of the court below, which was earlier summoned, submits that out of fifteen chargesheeted witnesses, eight witnesses have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40898 of 2016 (3) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 already been examined and trial is going on.
