The petitioner seeks payment of G.P.F. with statutory interest of his father Late Satish Chandra Jha, who died in harness on 26.09.1989 while posted as Block Education Extension Officer, West Bounsi in the District of Banka. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, respondent no.4, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Education, Banka is directed to look into the

Any amount due to the father of the petitioner, along with statutory interest, if entitled, would be divided and paid equally amongst the legal heirs within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production a copy of this order. Writ petition is disposed of.
