Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- (a) Commanding the respondents 1st set to produce the receipt of confiscation / seizure of vehicle (BR 6GD 3584) which was confiscated / seized by the bank on 06.02.2022; at Bel Talav, Guwahati, Assam.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6253 of 2022 dt.20-06-2022 2/3 (b) and further for the quashing of the receipt of confiscation, so produced (c) and further for the quashing of the letter dated 16.02.2022 (page - 23 of the writ application) by which the loan agreement was terminated.

(d) and further for a direction to the respondent Bank to accept the payment in continuation to Annexure - 8 page supply of the writ application and honour the loan agreement.

In view of the fact that Debts Recovery Tribunal is now functional, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to such other appropriate remedies, as are otherwise available, in accordance with law.

Permission granted.

As and when any such request is made by the petitioner before the Tribunal, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.

Needless to add, period for which the petitioner has been pursuing the matter before this Court, shall be excluded for the purpose of condonation.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the
