BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA FA No. 761 of 2000 Petitioner :State of Bihar,Through The Col Respondent :Radhey Shyam Prasad Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Mohit Kumar Shah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Aditya Prakash Sahay, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: The learned counsel for the appellant Shri Vivekanand, AC to SC-18 submits that in view of the notification dated 17.08.2015 bearing Notification No. 14/DLA-Policy (First Appeal)-113/13- 943/R of the Government of Bihar, Revenue & Land Reforms Department (Directorate of Land Acquisition), particularly Clause- (i) thereof, he wishes to withdraw the present appeal. In view of the fact that the amount of valuation is of Rs.4,42,164/-, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
