Patna High Court CWJC No.19447 of 2015(4) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 lodged by the respondent- Bank pertaining to misappropriation of money and fabrication of forged Fixed Deposit certificates, in which he is absconding, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
