The petitioners seek bail in Sarsi P.S. case No. 19 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The police on the circumstantial evidence connected the petitioners with the alleged crime. No one has seen the death of the lady but paragraph nos. 41 and 42 of the case diary which has been received by the police officials gives a clear cut picture about the manner of death.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, trial court is directed to
