JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 449 of 2018 arising out Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 475 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Dewar of the deceased. He is in custody since 18.2.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
