2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.-584 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation in the FIR, it is a case of assault upon the informant and his family members by means of lathi and iron rod with intention to kill them by the accused persons including the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that there is case and counter case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24820 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 between the parties. It is submitted that similarly situated coaccused person has already been granted bail by this Court through Cr. Misc. No.15237 of 2024 on 18.03.2024. Petitioner are men of clean antecedent and they are in custody since 05.01.2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 6.

On perusal of the first information report and the impugned order dated 06.01.2024, it appears that the allegation against these petitioners are general and omnibus in nature and nobody has received any fatal injury, in these circumstances, let both the petitioners, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.584 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrte, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
