Two petitioners herein seek anticipatory bail in Azamnagar (Salmari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. On retrieval of the unidentified dead body, the S.H.O. lodged the case against the unknown. In course of investigation, circumstances revealed which incriminate the petitioners in the crime. Learned Trial Court has noted the relevant evidence in the impugned order. It is a case of gruesome murder. The statement of the mother of the deceased was also recorded by the I.O. which strongly suspects the hands of the petitioners in the crime. Learned APP, while opposing the prayer, also placed the impugned order passed by the learned Sessions Judge.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21431 of 2017 (3) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 Looking to the seriousness of the allegation and other materials reflected from the records, I am not persuaded to grant the application. Prayer is, accordingly, rejected. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Pankaj/- U T
