JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 16-05-2022 Admittedly, Learned counsel for the appellant was working in Kandla Branch (Gujarat), when he was put under suspension by the Bank at Gujarat. His writ petition has been dismissed by the learned Single Judge on the ground that the appellant has invoked the jurisdiction of Patna High Court without any cause of action within territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the
