1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application, with liberty to claim at least salary for the period the petitioner had worked on the post of Assistant teacher. According to learned Counsel for the petitioner, after appointment on compassionate ground on 18.08.2017, the petitioner had worked till the date of her termination, i.e. 28.09.2018. The petitioner is not pressing the order of termination and

3. Permission is accorded.

4. This writ application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saharsa, for payment of salary to the petitioner for the period 18.08.2017 to 28.09.2018.

5. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saharsa, shall consider and dispose the same in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
