JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 474 and 12(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner was appointed as Aangan Bari Sevika on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without proper verification and enquiry, petitioner's certificates have been declared to be forged and fabricated. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from her service. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

No.22889 of 2023(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-Xth, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. case no. 440 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
