It appears that the petitioners have challenged the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna, which is amenable to an appeal under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act. It is made clear that the delay in filing the application shall not be a bar in filing the appeal.

It is also advisable that considering the nature of disputes, the petitioners' case be considered expeditiously by
