JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, the informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence. The deceased was grand-maternal-mother of the petitioner whereas informant is daughter of the deceased. It would appear from perusal of the case dairy that informant and some witnesses claimed that petitioner and his mother used to demand money from the deceased and when the aforesaid demand was not fulfilled, they committed the murder of the deceased. However, except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner and, moreover, mother of the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-
