The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Adapur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that when he went to her field and found that some bundle of paddy was missing from there. She further alleged that the petitioner abused her by naming her caste. The other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and her family members.

It is submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and the allegation of abusing by naming her caste is superaddition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3297 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is only allegation against the petitioner that he abused the informant by naming her caste, besides that he also assaulted her family members, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
