2. After some arguments, counsel for petitioner submits that the order under challenge is applicable in the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 [Bihar Act 23, 2011].

3. In this view of the matter, permission is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the present writ application with the direction to avail his remedy under Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 [Bihar Act 23, 2011].

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
