The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the petitioner herein prays for issuance of writ in the nature of the writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ(s) or order(s) quashing the letter dated 21.01.2021 whereby and whereunder one Shakila Khatun has been selected for the post of Anganwadi Sevika at Anganwadi Kendra No.286 falling in Ward No.3 of Bakhri Kesho Panchayat of
Patna High Court CWJC No.6264 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 Gaighat Block in District - Muzaffarpur.
It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to conduct the selection process of Anganwadi Sevika afresh for the said Anganwadi Kendra as per the Selection Guidelines, 2016."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
