Petitioners Karu Yadav and Chandan Kumar apprehend their arrest in Manpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that Karu Yadav is alleged to have snatched Rs. 1000/- but the allegation is found to be false during the course of investigation. But there is specific allegation against petitioner Chandan Kumar that he made firing although nobody was injured.

Considering the fat that snatching of money was found to be false, petitioner Karu Yadav in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76 of 2015 (4) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 from today is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Manpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

So far as the case of Chandan Kumar is concerned, there is specific allegation the he mad firing , I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner Chandan Kumar on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) M.Rahman/- U T
