JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 2.6.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 14850/2020.

From perusal of the trial court's report dated 2.9.2021 it appears that one witness has already been examined out of four unofficial charge sheet witness and the case is thus fixed for prosecution evidence.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
