Learned counsels are in agreement that there is a typographical error of inadvertence in the order dated 10-082023, wherein instead of District Magistrate, Darbhanga (respondent No. 4), the order records pendency of the claim before the Civil Surgeon-Cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, Darbhanga (respondent No. 5). Same typographical error has crept in paragraph No. 2 of the order also, wherein the direction has been issued to respondent No. 5, inadvertently, wherein it is required to be issued to the District Magistrate, Darbhanga (respondent No. 4).

The errors, apparent on record is rectified. In place of Civil Surgeon-Cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, Darbhanga (respondent No. 5), it may be read as "District Magistrate, Darbhanga (respondent No. 4)". 4.

The order dated 10-08-2023 stands modified accordingly.
