The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with iron rod on the head of the son of the informant. The Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.VI, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bikram P.S.
