JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 In the present writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the letter dated 01.12.2010 contained in Memo No.798 of the Respondent No.7 i.e. The Block Education Extension Officer, Baisi, Purnea, passed in pursuance to the letter No.1190 dated 21.09.2010 issued by the Respondent No.2 i.e. The Principal Secretary, Human Resource Department, Patna, whereby the engagement of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher made in the year 2008, was held illegal.

The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before

Patna High Court CWJC No.20704 of 2010 (5) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 the District Appellate Authority for redressal of his aforesaid grievance within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
