The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 216 of 2021, registered under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. During investigation, no material has come to implicate the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2022.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22753 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IVth, Madhepura, in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 216/2021.
