From the Marshal vehicle of the petitioner 600 litres of country made liquor was recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vehicle of the petitioner broke down and when petitioner went to contact some mechanic, the liquor was planted in his vehicle and seizure was made.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
