JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 By order dated 03.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12099 of 2016, the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.326 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. However, the petitioners could not furnish bail bond within time. Prayer is for extension of time.
Prayer is allowed.
Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioners to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioners shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
