2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assisted the co-accused Manoj Kumar in the kidnapping of daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner and informant are co-villagers and due to some dispute, she has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, there was love affairs between co-accused Manoj Kumar and daughter of informant and daughter of informant eloped with co-accused Manoj Kumar on 25.04.2023 in the night and returned on 26.04.2023 (morning), but the informant lodged the present case on 01.05.2023 after a delay of six days, which itself creates doubt on the veracity of prosecution case. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 110 of 2023.
