The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground upon sudden death of her husband late Saryug who died in harness while working as Sweeper in the Office of respondent no. 4. "
