The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S.Case no.201 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Cod on 3.5.2016.

Allegation is of snatching of the Pickup Van loaded with the toy articles. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of the co-accused there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody for more than six months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74741 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM XIIIth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S.Case no.201 of 2016, Trial No.2285 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
