Mr. Ganpati Trivedi, learned senior counsel representing the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Board has placed before this Court a copy of the memo no. 1758 dated 02.09.2015

Patna High Court CWJC No.16198 of 2015(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 issued under the signature of the then Chairman of the Trust Board showing that in exercise of its power under Section 32 of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Board Act, 1950 read with its Bye-laws No.43(D), the Board has constituted a Committee for smooth management and development of Ma Mundeshwari Temple, Bhagwanpur, Kaimur. Learned counsel submits that the Committee is functional and is looking after the management of the temple. It is submitted that the said notification of the Trust Board is not under challenge, therefore, the writ application as framed cannot be entertained.

Since no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ application, the writ application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
