JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 302, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is that she along with other family members has killed daughter of informant by administering poison.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses against petitioner. Petitioner is an unmarried lady. No specific allegation is in the F.I.R. No substantive evidence is there to suggest her implication in the present case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (P), Sitamarhi, in connection
