The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 385/387/386 /307 /511 / 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is nephew of the informant. Allegation is of demand of ransom from the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018.

Submission is that for family dispute false case has been lodged.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20798 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.83 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.
