The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019 for offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 325, 341, 354(B), 379, 307 and 506 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case on account of some dispute between the parties. In this case the entire family members of the petitioners have been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21087 of 2020(3) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 made accused. The other 9 similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the ADJ-IV on 29.01.2020 (Annexure-3).

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, nature of allegation and also the fact that there is case and counter case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
