The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2022 in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 65/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused.

Considering the period of custody, the present application for bail is allowed.
