The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 08.02.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3812 of 2022 arising out of Chiraiya P.S. Case No.373 of 2021 to the extent that the name of petitioner herein may be read as Manohar Jaisawal @ Manohar Prasad Chaudhari in place of Manohar Jaisawal @ Manohar Prasad Chaurasiya. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and on perusal of the order passed by the learned Court below as annexed as P/1 to this application, this

No.28226 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 modification application is allowed to the extent that the name of the petitioner be read as Manohar Jaiswal @ Manohar Prasad Chaudhari in place of Manohar Jaisawal @ Manohar Prasad Chaurasiya, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund. The order dated 08.02.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
