2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 120B, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons are alleged to have stolen the truck of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of suspicion. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 11.2.2024. No Test Identification Parade has been conducted till date.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nemdarganj Police Station Case No. 13 of 2024.
