The petitioner, Arvind Kumar @ Arvind Singh, apprehends his arrest in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.159 of 2014, registered under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Dinesh Singh, the informant, brother of the deceased, alleged that his sister was married to Arun Singh about two years ago and thereafter all the accused persons including the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture and they burnt his sister to death.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is a student of Class VIII. A certificate to this effect, issued under the signature of the Headmaster, Upgraded Middle School, Kodhwa, has also been filed, which shows that the petitioner was born on 01.07.1998. There is no allegation against the petitioner.

It appears that the informant has made allegation that his sister was killed due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry and the accused persons took the dead body for cremation. The informant has not made any specific allegation against the petitioner, who is a student of Class VIII. The date of birth of the petitioner is 01.07.1998. Admittedly, the petitioner is a minor boy.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.159 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
