JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 22-06-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the order dated 05.09.2013 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Complaint Case No. 1923 of 2009 whereby the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled.

On repeated calls, nobody appears to press the application.

From the record, it would transpire that on 13.01.2017 and 22.05.2017 also, when the matter was taken up, the counsel for the petitioner did not appear to press the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49961 of 2013 (5) dt.22-06-2017 2 / 2 application.

In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
