The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 364, 366, 376 and 497 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation informant along with his wife and son was coming from in-laws house and going to his native village. In the meantime, his son started weeping due to hunger and water whereupon he proceeded for bringing biscuit and water. When he returned back he found his wife and son absent. Later on he returned to in-laws house where he found his son and wife. Allegation has been made that his wife used to talk with present petitioner. The police during investigation has found

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Sanjeev Jha, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.354 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
