2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 66(b), 66(D) of the I.T. Act, 2000.

3. As per allegation, petitioner along with other coaccused persons used to lure people by calling them in the name of giving loans. For convincing people, they talk as bank manager or some other staff, trap the customer and take their Aadhar card, PAN card, photocopy of bank passbook, photo, email ID etc and then they cheat the customers by taking money in the name of processing fees.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21237 of 2025(4) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He was not arrested on the spot and nothing has been recovered from his possession. It has further been submitted that except the confessional statement of the co-accused Nishu Kumar, there is nothing against him at all.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
