The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Malsalami P.S. case No.98 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 353, 364 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Sri R.S. Pandey, J.M. 1st class, Patna City.

In view of the nature of allegations that the Petitioner tried to intimidate a Government official, who was performing his public duty, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
