This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302, 379, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report. There is specific allegation against the named accused to have committed fire arm injury to the brother of the informant.

Considering the fact that petitioner is not named in the first information report and informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on
