The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 314 of 2018 dated 22.09.2018 instituted for offence under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the petitioners have been named in the F.I.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22103 of 2020(3) dt.06-10-2020 2/2 but they have been implicated in this case because of village politics. They stand in no special relation either to the deceased or to her family members. They are simply the villagers, who are said to have helped the accused persons. The petitioners are in custody since 01.02.2020. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners and their period of custody, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -XV, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 314 of 2018.
