JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 The matter has been listed under the heading „To Be Mentioned‟ at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner for modification of the order dated 04.11.2015 to the extent that let in the last paragraph of the order be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger" instead of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai".

The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the petition, hence learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of petition. The order dated 04.11.2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
