The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 457/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 452/341/323/308 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire allegations are false and frivolous and the petitioners and the informant's side are agnates and it is only on petty dispute that the present case has been filed against these petitioners.

No.23421 of 2019(4) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioners have no criminal history and there is close proximity of relationship between the parties, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
