Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai PS case no. 565 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326, 307 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that full brother of petitioner no. 1 was earlier murdered and in that connection, Chanan PS case no. 58 of 2014 corresponding to S.T. case no. 231 of 2016 is pending and all the instant petitioners are witnesses in Chanan PS case no. 58 of 2014.

No.24206 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners abovenamed will be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai PS case no. 565 of 2016 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
