2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pakridayal P.S Case No. 36 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 379, 452, 504 and 307 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, seventeen accused persons being variously armed assaulted the informant and his son and snatched a gold chain along with cash amount.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that co-accused Rana Pratap Singh assaulted the informant's son by means of knife. It is next submitted that no

No.24776 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 injury report of the informant is present on the record to support such allegations, inasmuch as, the allegations are false and the informant was never examined by any doctor. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 14.02.2024.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and period of custody and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pakridayal P.S Case No. 36 of 2024.
