In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
There is direct allegation against the petitioners to have resorted firing, which hit the wife of the informant. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. If the petitioners surrender before
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24079 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for bail, the Court below will pass the order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
