Accordingly, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash the order dated 04.01.2012 passed by the court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, in Complaint Case No.C1456 of 2007(Tr. No.2685 of 2012), is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.
