Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that thereafter one co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 7.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 57952 of 2018 and the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount also.
